Venu Reddy, Director & Partner
Venu Reddy is the founder of Octalsoft and is responsible for setting the company vision, business development, customer solution development, and account management. Venu's past experience includes working for IBM Global Services serving as an Executive Project Manager, for Oracle Corporation as a Consulting Technical Manager, and for Florists' Transworld Delivery (FTD) as a Sr. Systems Analyst. During his 7 year tenure with Oracle Corporation, Venu has performed client relationship management, proposal management, project management, and solution architect functions for multiple complex and large scale Oracle E-Business Suite implementations. Venu has an MBA in General Administration from West Virginia University, an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from West Virginia University, and a Bachelors in Engineering from Nagarjuna University.

Hiren Thakkar, Director & Partner
Hiren has more than 15 years of experience in Information Technology including 5 years of in-house IT Management and 10 years of Management and IT Consulting. Hiren's consulting experience includes working for IBM Global Services and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. As an Associate Partner with IBM, Hiren was in the leadership team that was responsible for managing the Oracle ERP practice. He managed the client relationships and successfully implemented large and complex ERP systems with a specific focus on maximizing the client's ROI on their IT spending. As a Director with Octalsoft, Hiren is responsible for defining the company strategy, business development and client relationship management.
